If you are within the 12-month warranty period, you can deal with it by repairing it. Fill Out the Warranty Registration .We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of your items are damaged due to reasons not covered under the original product warranty, we cannot accept them back for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember, this policy only applies to our products sold directly from our  webstore and does not apply to other JFEGWO resellers.To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ExchangesThe fastest way to exchange an item is to contactinfo @jfegwo.comfor the return addressand post the item to the address, once the return is accepted, we will arrange a replacement shortly for you. RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will they all be delivered at the same time?We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped.
